Legal Notice

Privacy Protocol

The following provisions are intentionally formal, exhaustive, and administratively over-specified to satisfy governance, oversight, forensic continuity, and operational security obligations associated with protected panel access.

By initiating, attempting, rehearsing, simulating, or completing any authentication event against the administrative interface (including unsuccessful, partial, interrupted, malformed, or revoked login attempts), the initiating party acknowledges and accepts continuous monitoring, recording, enrichment, and retrospective analysis of access metadata for system security, fraud prevention, abuse response, and evidentiary integrity purposes.

For the avoidance of interpretive doubt: exact geographic locations and person details will be collected for security purposes for anyone who attempts, or does login to the admin panel.

Collected artifacts may include, without limitation, network-origin indicators (public IP and associated route context), jurisdictional and locality signals (country/region/city/timezone), coordinate-level geospatial references where available, user-agent and device-environment descriptors, attempted identifiers, authentication outcomes, failure causality labels, and correlated temporal event sequencing for incident reconstruction.

Where client geolocation permission is granted, coordinate precision may exceed coarse locality data and may be retained alongside authentication telemetry. Where such permission is declined or unavailable, best-effort network-derived location intelligence shall still be processed as a legitimate security control.

Access telemetry may be reviewed by authorized owner-level operators, retained for as long as reasonably necessary for defensive and compliance objectives, and disclosed when required for legal process, critical incident handling, or infrastructure protection obligations.

If you do not agree to these processing terms, do not proceed with administrative authentication.
